System Developers will be primarily responsible for the creation and balancing of the site’s systems. They will be coordinating with Event Managers and Community Enrichment team members to introduce new proficiencies, systems, and items. System Developers will be big on ensuring that the balance of the site does not trip one way or another in terms of what builds are broken.

These are the staff members that are dedicated to the creation and facilitation of the site’s events and quests. Staff members will work alone and with the team to create interesting events that are meant to have the members grow and the lore of Morpheus expanding. Event Managers will be those staff members responsible for roleplaying during events and helping keep the stories going.

Community Enrichment staff members are those that are seeking ways to help bring the site’s lore to life. They will work closely with the Event Managers and help create quests and events for the playerbase. Community Enrichment mods will also help the community with any issues they have or may come across, often being the first in the line of communication with the memberbase and the rest of the staff team.

Review moderators will be those that help keep the flow of the site. They are responsible for the approval of new members, items, and quests. This is the largest of the staff groups and the one that has a lot of importance. They will help the Event Managers with the grading of the quests and events they create as well as giving out rewards.

This is a division of the staff team that is responsible for advertising. We understand that this is a big role as we expect Outreach and Recruitment to be responsible for the processing of other site advertisements. They will also be responsible for advertising for us.
